About the role

We are looking for a friendly Receptionist and Sales Support professional to be the first point of contact for our customers and to assist our sales team in daily operations. The role combines front‑desk duties with administrative support to help drive our lighting solutions business.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a courteous manner.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure a professional appearance.
  • Assist the sales department by preparing quotations, processing orders and updating customer records.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments and manage calendars for sales staff.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and document preparation.

Required profile

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Customer‑focused attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
