Quality Manager – Canada Wellbeing Collective

About the role

The Quality Manager will lead end‑to‑end Quality Assurance for Unilever’s Wellbeing Collective products in Canada. This includes overseeing both new product innovation delivery and post‑launch market quality, while ensuring full compliance with Health Canada GMP expectations and Unilever quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own and ensure Health Canada GMP and Natural Health Product (NHP) quality compliance for all Wellbeing Collective products commercialised in Canada.
• Act as QA lead for market readiness, guaranteeing completion of all quality deliverables such as product release, stability testing, specifications, ICQA and corrective actions.
• Manage a temporary Quality Specialist, balancing workload and maintaining operational continuity.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate quality requirements into product development and launch processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality assurance for health, wellness or supplement products.
• Strong knowledge of Health Canada GMP regulations and NHP compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead QA activities and manage a small team.
• Strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution capability.
