About the role
We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Technician to support our food manufacturing operations in Richmond. The role focuses on maintaining compliance with food safety standards, conducting internal audits, and ensuring product quality.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain internal record‑keeping and documentation systems.
- Perform internal and external audits, recommending corrective actions.
- Apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP principles.
- Conduct sampling and analytical testing to verify product safety.
- Monitor sanitation, hygiene, and overall facility cleanliness.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in food quality assurance or control.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Ability to work shift or on‑call schedules.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and GMP.
