Proposals & Estimating Associate (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a Proposals and Estimating Associate to join Geotech Drilling’s business development team in Prince George. The role focuses on creating accurate proposals and cost estimates for geotechnical and exploration drilling projects while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver proposals and cost estimates for drilling projects in collaboration with the sales team.
• Track and report sales activity, maintaining records of leads, interactions, and opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for daily client communications, ensuring timely responses.
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and other lead‑generation strategies.
• Coordinate internal prerequisites such as MSAs, ISN, and vendor‑list qualifications.
• Complete administrative tasks including timesheets, tracking sheets, and progress reports.
• Conduct follow‑ups with clients to close sales and ensure smooth transition from sales to execution.
• Perform additional duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
• Proactive approach to lead generation and client follow‑up.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, technical, and operations teams.
