Project Scheduler – Transportation Infrastructure

About the role

You will develop, maintain and analyse integrated project schedules for large‑scale transportation infrastructure projects, helping the team meet milestones and manage risks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and baseline project schedules throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor schedule performance, perform critical‑path, float and variance analysis.
• Forecast completion dates, identify risks and propose recovery options.
• Evaluate impacts of change requests, scope modifications and constraints.
• Create look‑ahead schedules to support short‑term planning.
• Prepare and present schedule reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
• Align schedule data with cost and performance information for integrated controls.
• Conduct quantitative risk analysis using Monte Carlo simulations.
• Contribute to improving scheduling processes, tools and reporting frameworks.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of project scheduling or controls experience in engineering, construction or infrastructure.
• Experience on complex, multi‑disciplinary projects such as transit, highways or utilities.
• Strong understanding of CPM, sequencing, float analysis, resource loading and quantitative risk analysis.
• Ability to interpret schedule data, identify risks and recommend mitigation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple schedules in a fast‑paced environment.
