About the role
The University is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate organizational transformation and business process improvement initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Process Improvement and Client Orientation, the role will act as the single point of contact throughout each project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the university’s strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute and monitor a portfolio of transformation projects, including operating model redesign, cultural change, and service redesign.
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, resource allocations, budgets and status reports.
- Facilitate project meetings, track issues, risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and follow established project‑management best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across a matrix organization to secure buy‑in, resolve issues and drive change adoption.
- Identify and realize value‑creation opportunities such as cost reductions, improved client experience and operational efficiency.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing transformation or process‑improvement projects in a complex organization.
- Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
- Ability to develop measurable project goals, monitor progress and report results.
- Experience with risk identification and mitigation planning.
