Project Manager & Scrum Master – Payments Technology

About the role

The Global Payments Technology (GPT) team is looking for a Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery of strategic payments initiatives. This junior‑to‑intermediate position blends project leadership, portfolio analytics, and the use of AI tools to improve delivery efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead small to medium delivery teams through Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives and continuous delivery practices.
• Maintain project routines, facilitate stakeholder and dependency management, and produce clear status presentations.
• Provide portfolio reporting and analytics, support financial forecasting, and track budgets, baselines and actuals.
• Assist with resource capacity planning, cost monitoring, and vendor SOW billing.
• Manage schedules using burndown charts, roadmaps and project plans; identify and mitigate risks.
• Improve reporting processes and automate workflows by integrating AI tools.

Required profile

• Junior to intermediate experience in project management or Scrum Master roles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset for financial tracking and portfolio analytics.

Required skills

• Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience with project management tools such as Planview
• Proficiency in creating and interpreting burndown charts, roadmaps and project plans
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled automation tools for reporting
