Project Manager

About the role

Spark Power, a trusted energy partner in North America, is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical projects for its Vaughan team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects from estimating through closeout, monitoring budgets, schedules, and quality.
• Coordinate resources, including field electricians, and approve work orders and invoices.
• Lead project meetings such as kick‑offs, planning sessions, progress updates, and client reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering and procurement to secure materials before construction.
• Provide regular status reports to clients and senior management.
• Oversee or perform electrical field work, installations, and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Journeyman Electrician license (309A) required.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial, commercial, or institutional electrical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience preparing job quotes and managing electrical projects.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent conflict‑resolution and analytical abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with strict deadlines.

Required skills

• Journeyman Electrician license (309A)
• Ability to read and interpret control circuits, control panels, and electrical drawings
• Experience estimating time and materials for electrical jobs
