Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead multiple high‑impact initiatives from day one on‑site in Montreal. The successful candidate will drive projects to successful delivery, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee projects from initiation through closure, aligning them with corporate objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timeline, resources, and budget while proactively managing risks.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, fostering clear communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and report status to senior leadership.
• Implement best‑practice project management processes and mentor junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 15+ years of project management experience, preferably in large, complex environments.
• Proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent in both English and Canadian French, written and spoken.

Required skills

• Agile, Waterfall, and PRINCE2 methodologies.
• Project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Trello.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
