About the role

Euro-Pharm International Inc. is seeking a motivated Packaging Operator to join its pharmaceutical production team in Montreal. The role focuses on ensuring that product packaging meets quality and regulatory standards before distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Feed and monitor production equipment throughout the shift.
• Clean weighing, manufacturing, and packaging areas according to established cleaning procedures.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while performing tasks.
• Verify that packaging conforms to product specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Work under the supervision of the Packaging & Technical Supervisor and the Production & Engineering Director.

Required profile

• Secondary school education (high school diploma).
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg and wear respiratory/eye protection when required.
• Manual dexterity, rigor, and precision.
• Capability to work with a diverse team and meet deadlines while maintaining high quality.
• Availability for day and evening shifts.

Required skills

• Understanding of GMP and SOP compliance.
• Basic equipment operation and monitoring.
