About the role
The Project Manager will lead moderately complex projects for Boccard Life Sciences, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget while complying with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and close projects according to the Boccard Project Management System (BPMS) and internal best practices.
- Track project performance, manage budgets, and report cost variances against physical progress.
- Maintain client relationships and act as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare quotations, draft proposals, and support technical alignments.
- Organise and lead project meetings (kick‑off, weekly, fortnightly) and coordinate cross‑functional tasks.
- Validate technical calculations, specifications, P&ID and 3D designs, and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing engineering or industrial projects.
- Strong understanding of safety, quality, and productivity regulations.
- Ability to analyse technical and budgetary variances and produce post‑mortem reports.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder liaison.
