Project Manager, IT & Operations

About the role

StackAdapt is seeking a Project Manager for its IT & Operations team. This remote‑first position will lead cross‑functional initiatives that improve processes, systems, and ways of working across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver IT and business projects from intake through delivery.
• Partner with Sales, Client Success, Finance, Product, Legal, Procurement, InfoSec and other teams to define goals, requirements, timelines and outcomes.
• Manage project plans, workstreams, dependencies, risks and stakeholder communications.
• Support RFPs, ROI analysis, vendor assessments and implementation planning for SaaS tools.
• Leverage AI assistants and automation tools to enhance research, documentation and workflow efficiency.
• Provide regular updates to senior leaders and measure project outcomes against business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing cross‑functional projects in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Strong project‑management fundamentals with a focus on outcomes.
• Ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously, preferably with distributed teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake and ThoughtSpot.
