Project Manager – Interior Renovations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead interior renovation projects from pre‑construction through close‑out. This role focuses on commercial interiors such as offices, retail, hospitality and institutional spaces, ensuring high‑quality finishes while working in occupied or phased environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage interior renovation projects from planning to completion.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders and project reporting.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and clients.
• Identify risks, resolve issues and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, design and client expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in interior renovations or commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of renovation sequencing, finishes, trade coordination and site logistics.
• Ability to read construction drawings, manage budgets and understand project schedules.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working in occupied spaces or phased renovations is an asset.
