  • Ensure installations comply with drawings, specifications, samples and mock-ups, coordinate inspections, hold points and turnover records, and maintain daily reports and records supporting progress measurement and claims avoidance.

  • Valid driver's licence where driving is required, and First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain it.
  • Ontario supervisor health and safety awareness training; Gold Seal Superintendent, trade certification, NCSO/CRSP or professional engineering status is an asset.

Required skills

  • Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, shop drawings, reflected ceiling plans, room data, finish schedules, details, tolerances and sequencing.
  • Ability to identify incomplete design information and interface risks, initiate RFIs and develop practical recovery plans.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including concise daily reporting.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary.
  • Disability insurance, dental insurance and extended medical insurance.
  • Optional RRSP matching and discretionary bonus.
  • Annual performance reviews, salary increases, health benefits, industry education support and career development.
