Project Manager – Industrial Equipment Delivery

About the role

Alfa Laval is seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of moderate to high‑complexity orders for its industrial equipment solutions across Canada. The role is office‑based and involves coordinating with customers, sales, logistics, factories and E&S teams to ensure successful delivery and commissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the execution of capital and after‑sales orders from sale to hand‑over, including delivery and commissioning of decanters, separators, heat exchangers and related products.
• Review purchase orders for gaps or non‑compliance and ensure technical documentation meets project specifications.
• Act as primary customer contact, coordinating between factories and customers to resolve technical issues, inspection points and schedule progress.
• Provide regular project status updates to local management, highlighting delays, disputes, payments and other critical issues.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or technical diploma with 3‑5 years of experience delivering industrial equipment projects.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
• Knowledge of contract management, order‑to‑cash processes and document control.

Required skills

• Design and application knowledge of decanters, heat exchangers, centrifuges and pumps.
• PMP certification (considered an asset).

What we offer

• Salary range $80,000–$110,000 CAD annually, based on experience.
