Project Manager – Construction

About the role

Reliance Impact, in partnership with a leading general contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ICI base‑build and renovation projects across Toronto. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards while coordinating a diverse set of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project schedule, cost, quality, and safety performance.
• Manage prime contracts and subcontractor relationships.
• Control budgets, conduct cost tracking, and produce regular financial reports.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and progress reports.
• Lead on‑site teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination among all parties.
• Identify and mitigate risks to maintain project timelines and objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in ICI construction.
• Educational background in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
