Project Coordinator, Project Delivery – Various External Projects

About the role

Infrastructure Ontario is seeking Project Coordinators to support a portfolio of large‑scale public infrastructure projects across social infrastructure and transportation sectors. The role involves working within the Project Delivery Enterprise Team to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of major projects using Public‑Private Partnership (P3) and alternative delivery models.
• Provide technical and commercial assistance from pre‑transaction stages (RFQ, RFP) through construction and commissioning.
• Develop and implement risk‑mitigation measures related to commercial and contractual matters.
• Assist in negotiations of claims, scope changes, and other contractual items.
• Coordinate with diverse project consultants, specialists, and client stakeholders to resolve complex issues.

Required profile

• Strong stakeholder‑management experience with a focus on finding positive solutions.
• Advanced presentation, consultation, negotiation, influencing, and consensus‑building abilities.
• Experience with claims negotiation, scope changes, and contractual compliance on large projects is an asset.
