Project Coordinator

About the role

Elevate CM, the construction management division of LCH Developments Inc., is looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to support its fast‑paced project teams. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers and contractors to keep documentation, schedules and budgets on track.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and organize project documentation such as drawings, RFIs, shop drawings, submittals and change orders.
• Distribute documents to internal teams and external consultants, maintaining up‑to‑date project logs.
• Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes and follow up on action items.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to Project Managers, including schedule updates and milestone tracking.
• Assist with budget monitoring, purchase orders and change‑management processes in coordination with the Controller.
• Support site superintendents with on‑site administrative tasks and coordination of daily activities.
• Identify and suggest improvements to internal processes and project workflows.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree (or current enrollment) in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction project coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
