About the role
We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support our PMO and drive project initiatives across cross‑functional teams. The role involves organizing project activities, ensuring timelines are met, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and documentation.
- Support the PMO by preparing reports, dashboards, and status updates.
- Facilitate communication between technical, operational, and business teams.
- Track project progress using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and MS Project.
- Identify and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
Required profile
- 5‑7 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability.
