Project Coordinator – Emergency & Abatement

About the role

RestoTech Solutions Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of emergency mitigation and asbestos abatement projects across Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. The role acts as the operational hub, linking field technicians, project managers, clients, adjusters and subcontractors from the first call through to final invoicing.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate technician scheduling, equipment and inventory tracking for emergency services.
• Prepare and issue Emergency Services Authorizations and related client documentation.
• Draft mitigation status reports, drying updates and completion communications for property managers, adjusters and clients.
• Maintain project documentation in Albi, ensuring photo, moisture and daily log standards are met.
• Support abatement projects by preparing Scopes of Work, Asbestos Management Plans and coordinating air monitoring with environmental professionals.
• Track project milestones, containment stages and clearance requirements in line with provincial OHS codes.
• Assist with cost tracking, rate‑sheet application and Xactimate‑based estimating.
• Prepare invoices, respond to billing inquiries and help resolve disputes with detailed line‑item documentation.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and communication abilities to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as IICRC, provincial OHS codes and asbestos abatement manuals.
• Detail‑oriented approach to documentation and compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Albi field‑management software.
• Experience using Xactimate for estimating and cost tracking.
