Project Coordinator – Electrical ICI

About the role

The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager on‑site, overseeing electrical ICI projects from planning through completion. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, quality, and cost control while coordinating with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project milestones.
• Prepare quantity take‑offs, track as‑built quantities, and verify field measurements.
• Support contract preparation, negotiation, and change management.
• Analyze budgets, forecast costs, and estimate project impacts.
• Develop and implement quality‑control programs and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers; manage purchase of materials.
• Prepare progress reports and schedule updates for clients.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in electrical engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• 1‑5 years of project coordination experience in ICI construction (data centres, automotive, industrial).
• Strong organization, time‑management, and self‑motivation.

Required skills

• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Project).
• Experience using Procore or equivalent construction management software.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and construction drawings.
• Take‑off and estimating skills.
• Contract management and budgeting knowledge.
