Program Operations Manager

About the role

The Program Operations Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering group programs across key destinations in Québec. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the role ensures every logistical detail—from proposal creation to on‑site execution—is managed to provide exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and present program proposals, including budgeting and cost control.
• Coordinate with venues, hotels, and local suppliers to secure services and negotiate terms.
• Oversee on‑site execution of events, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships within the tourism and hospitality industry to foster innovative program offerings.
• Monitor program performance and implement improvements to uphold operational excellence.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator with a proven ability to build lasting relationships.
• Self‑motivated, decisive and able to manage logistics and multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and capable of adapting to changing priorities.
• Commitment to delivering accurate, high‑quality work.
• Comfortable working beyond standard hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Familiarity with the Québec destinations of Montreal, Quebec City, Montebello and Tremblant is an asset.
