Program Manager – Player Success

About the role

Zynga is looking for a Program Manager to join the Player Success Organization (PSO). You will lead the planning, implementation, and post‑launch support of initiatives that boost player engagement and retention across multiple studios.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with and oversee PSO studio integrations across multiple studios.
• Manage process documentation, contracting workflows, and vendor relationships, primarily with USA‑based partners.
• Provide direction and leadership throughout the full lifecycle of PSO initiatives – planning, development, testing, and release.
• Support VIP operations and new studio onboarding, maintaining dotted‑line accountability to CS leadership.
• Manage program/project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery within resource constraints.
• Provide cross‑team support for sweepstakes and special initiatives.
• Integrate externally‑owned systems to meet PSO requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical, business, and product teams.
• Lead post‑program reporting and refine documentation to create scalable processes.
• Monitor task execution to guarantee timely delivery of PSO initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Background in project management fundamentals or Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• 2+ years of relevant program or project management experience.
• Strong organizational and project‑management skills.
