Production Worker – Manufacturing Plant

About the role
We are seeking a Production Worker to join our Fredericton Block Plant. The role involves supporting the manufacturing process, learning to operate equipment safely, and contributing to a high‑performance team.
Key responsibilities
- Learn and operate a forklift/lift truck safely.
- Assist with block making and palletising product.
- Repair and maintain pallets.
- Clean the mixer, block machine and work areas.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to ensure smooth plant operations.
Required profile
- High school diploma (Grade XII) or equivalent.
- Strong safety focus and positive attitude.
- Mechanically inclined with problem‑solving ability.
- Excellent team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to work overtime, flexible hours and maintain good attendance.
- Welding experience considered an asset.
Required skills
- Forklift / lift‑truck operation.
- Basic welding (asset).
