Production Operator – Brewery Operations

About the role

Cowbell Brewing Co. is looking for a hands‑on Production Operator to join its brewery operations team. The role involves operating equipment, monitoring processes, and supporting packaging to help produce high‑quality beer and other beverages.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the cellar, follow recipes, and meet production schedules.
• Manage yeast – harvesting, pitching, cell concentration, and viability checks.
• Clean and sanitize tanks, filters, hoses, and related equipment.
• Perform centrifuging, carbonation, and sample preparation.
• Dose, blend, and mix products according to specifications.
• Follow internal safety standards and maintain cellar housekeeping.
• Assist with packaging operations and new product development projects.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and perform organizational tasks.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of formal brewing experience preferred.
• Education in Brewing, Food Science, Chemistry, or Microbiology is an asset.
• Ability to perform minor maintenance repairs.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, teamwork, and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
