Production Helper – Food Processing Plant

About the role

We are looking for a Production Helper to join our food processing plant. The role involves supporting the production line by handling raw materials, operating feeding equipment, and ensuring smooth flow of products through the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Transport raw materials, finished products and packaging materials within the plant.
• Measure and dispense ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines.
• Feed flattened boxes into forming machines and remove filled containers from conveyors.
• Manually pack goods into bags, boxes or other containers.
• Load and unload processing machines and assist operators with routine tasks.
• Inspect products and packaging for basic quality defects.
• Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain hygiene standards.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a production or food‑processing environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with manual dexterity.
• Comfort standing for extended periods and performing physical activities such as bending, crouching and kneeling.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Capability to handle heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lb) and occasional loads over 45 kg (100 lb).
• Reliable team player with good interpersonal skills.
