Production Controller (Aircraft)

About the role

We are looking for a Production Controller (Aircraft) to join the Industrial Supply Division of FLTREADCEN EAST. In this role you will oversee the planning and coordination of manpower, equipment and materials required for aircraft, engine and component overhaul and repair activities.

Key responsibilities

• Advise shop supervisors and the branch head on priorities, schedules, adjustments and required man‑hours to meet depot commitments using daily reports.
• Coordinate the use of manpower, equipment and material throughout the aircraft, engine and related component overhaul processes.
• Recommend suitable part substitutes, alternate techniques and procedures to expedite items causing delays.
• Monitor, coordinate and expedite the flow of parts and materials through feeder shops such as Engine Overhaul, F/E, Aircraft and other support programs.

Required profile

• Experience in production control or scheduling within an aircraft maintenance or overhaul environment.
• Ability to interpret daily production reports and communicate adjustments to supervisory staff.
• Familiarity with the logistics of parts and material flow across multiple shop functions.
