Production Associate (Zero Waste Packaging)

About the role

The Zero Waste Production Associate plays a key part in Fresh Prep’s ZW Packaging Department, ensuring that sustainable meal‑kit kits are assembled accurately and efficiently. You will work on a fast‑paced production line, packaging assigned ingredients, cups, spices and other items into Zero Waste kits.

Key responsibilities

• Meet daily targets and KPIs for kit assembly.
• Flag quality issues quickly in a high‑speed environment.
• Collaborate with a team of 4‑5 members to keep the line running smoothly.
• Package ingredients, cups, and spices into Zero Waste kits according to specifications.
• Maintain a clean, temperature‑controlled workspace (4‑6 °C).

Required profile

• Collaborative team player motivated by results.
• Strong verbal and written communicator.
• Adaptable and open to constructive feedback.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or a high‑pace environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for 9‑hour shifts and lift up to 25 lb (11 kg).
