Product Marketing Manager – Consumer Industries (CX)

About the role

SAP is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to shape the marketing strategy, messaging, and demand generation for our Customer Experience (CX) software solutions aimed at the Consumer Industries sector, including CPG, Retail, Fashion, and Wholesale.

Key responsibilities

• Develop end‑to‑end marketing strategies, positioning, and value propositions for SAP CX solutions targeting consumer‑industry buyers.
• Lead competitive intelligence and differentiation initiatives to establish SAP as the market leader.
• Collaborate with demand‑generation teams to launch field‑level events and digital campaigns.
• Create high‑impact assets such as whitepapers, case studies, battle cards, videos, webinars, and product briefs.
• Build sales enablement tools (playbooks, training, ROI calculators) and provide market intelligence on trends, pain points, and opportunities.
• Partner with product management, sales, partner marketing, and industry teams to refine go‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise SaaS marketing.
• Strong understanding of consumer‑industry business processes (Revenue Growth Management, Consumer Experience, Customer Data Management, Marketing Engagement, Commerce, Merchandising, AI‑driven solutions).
• Ability to develop full‑stack marketing plans covering the entire buyer’s journey.
