Product Development Manager – Identity Solutions

About the role

Mastercard Identity Solutions is looking for a Manager, Product Development to shape and deliver its Business Identity portfolio. You will drive the full product lifecycle, collaborating with engineering, data science, legal, and commercial teams to bring data‑driven identity solutions to market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end product lifecycle: discovery, build, go‑to‑market planning, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
• Define technical product requirements, including API specifications, data models, and user‑experience considerations.
• Lead cross‑functional execution across data strategy, engineering, data science, legal, and commercialization teams.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to keep the portfolio differentiated and aligned with Mastercard’s digital‑trust vision.
• Participate in agile delivery planning, continuously optimizing priorities, processes, and outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing technical products such as APIs, data platforms, analytics, machine‑learning solutions, or software platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence cross‑functional stakeholders, including engineering, data science, and go‑to‑market teams.
