Product Advisor – Jaguar Land Rover (Langley)

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by identifying each client’s vehicle needs through attentive questioning and listening.
• Sell new and pre‑owned Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles, conduct demonstrations and test drives, and deliver vehicles with thorough explanations of features, warranties, and paperwork.
• Prospect new customers, build referral networks, and set monthly productivity goals to grow the dealership’s customer base.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications, pricing, options, and technological changes, and participate in all product training.
• Collaborate with the Service Department to introduce customers to service personnel and reinforce the dealership’s service quality.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.
• Effective negotiation abilities and sound decision‑making aligned with sales objectives.
• Current VSA MDC License and a valid British Columbia driver’s licence with a clean record.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Competent use of internet tools for research and record‑keeping.
