Product Advisor – MINI (Full-Time)

About the role

The Product Advisor will represent MINI at the Langley dealership, delivering exceptional customer service, guiding clients through vehicle selection, and driving sales of new and pre‑owned cars.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer vehicle needs through effective questioning and listening.
• Promote and sell new and pre‑owned MINI vehicles, including test drives and demonstrations.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of product features, specifications, pricing, and options.
• Utilise closing techniques and collaborate with management to finalize sales profitably.
• Deliver vehicles to customers, explaining operating features, warranties, and paperwork.
• Introduce customers to the Service Department to highlight service quality.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
• Effective negotiation abilities and sound decision‑making.
• Current VSA MDC License.
• Valid British Columbia driver’s license with a good driving record.
