Part-time Sales Associate / Eyewear Stylist

About the role

Bailey Nelson is looking for a part-time Sales Associate/Eyewear Stylist to join the team at Willowbrook Mall in Langley. You will be the front-line expert helping customers find the perfect frames while delivering a high-quality eye-care experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized eyewear styling and product recommendations to meet each customer’s needs.
• Maintain store presentation, manage inventory, and support visual merchandising.
• Achieve monthly sales and bonus targets as part of a collaborative team.
• Participate in training sessions to grow optical knowledge and improve service quality.

Required profile

• Previous customer-facing experience with strong communication skills.
• Ability to recognise individual style and help customers discover their unique look.
• Positive energy, self-motivation and a willingness to continuously improve.
• Team-oriented mindset, eager to inspire and support colleagues.
