Procurement Advisor – Purchasing & Contracts

About the role

As a Procurement and Purchasing Advisor you will lead the negotiation and finalisation of contracts for goods and services, supporting internal teams and external partners to achieve the organisation’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client needs and diagnose issues to define target outcomes.
• Conduct specialised analyses, prepare studies, write reports and present recommendations.
• Manage the full procurement lifecycle including strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, asset and inventory management, and outsourced service oversight.
• Monitor external provider performance and ensure compliance with policies, standards and governance models.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and maintain business relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Develop, update and enforce procurement policies, processes and performance‑improvement initiatives.
• Represent the procurement unit in internal committees and external forums.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least four years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience.
• Fluency in French and advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
