About the role
We are seeking a dedicated child caregiver to provide full‑time support in a private home in Aurora. The role involves supervising a multi‑aged group of children, ensuring their safety, well‑being, and development while the parents are away.
Key responsibilities
- Assume full responsibility for the household in the parents’ absence, including light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Instruct children in personal hygiene, social development, and assist with homework.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and organize games, outings, and other activities.
- Maintain accurate daily activity and health records for each child.
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment, performing regular safety checks.
Required profile
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in child care.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Criminal record check required.
- Physically demanding work, including handling up to 9 kg items.
- Strong client focus, initiative, organization, reliability, time‑management, patience, and honesty.
