Private Home Child Care Provider

About the role
The family is seeking a caring and reliable child care provider to work in their private home in Vancouver. You will be responsible for the daily care, safety, and development of infants and children, following the parents’ guidance and maintaining a nurturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Change diapers, assist with toilet training, and ensure proper hygiene.
- Prepare, sterilize bottles, and feed infants and children with nutritious meals.
- Plan and supervise games, outings, and educational activities.
- Bathe, dress, and put children down for rest periods or naps.
- Transport children to school, appointments, and extracurricular activities using public transit.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and non‑smoking home environment, including regular safety checks.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
- Flexibility, patience, reliability, and good judgment.
- Ability to organize daily routines and respond to children’s emotional needs.
- Willingness to undergo a criminal record check.
