Principal Commerce Technology Advisor

About the role

Accenture Song is looking for a recognized leader in commerce platforms and customer experience technology to serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives. You will shape large‑scale commerce transformation initiatives and guide clients through strategic technology decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive‑level thought leadership on commerce, AI‑enabled experiences, and emerging digital trends.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define technology strategies, roadmaps, and business cases that drive growth and digital innovation.
• Lead architecture workshops, design implementation roadmaps, and estimate complex enterprise programs.
• Advise on selection, modernization, integration, and optimization of commerce platforms, CDPs, DXPs, marketing automation, personalization and analytics solutions.
• Support business development activities including solutioning, proposal development, client presentations, and sales pursuits.

Required profile

• 10+ years in customer technology, digital platforms or consulting, with 5+ years delivering enterprise‑scale digital commerce solutions.
• 7+ years advising executive stakeholders on technology strategy and large‑scale transformation.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management and consulting skills.

Required skills

• Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, VTEX, Kibo, CommerceTools, BigCommerce.
• Marketing technology, Customer Data Platforms, Digital Experience Platforms, AI, analytics.
• API‑first, microservices, MACH, cloud‑native architecture.
• Integration with PIM, OMS, payment gateway systems.
