President – Ready Mix Concrete Operations

About the role

We are conducting a confidential search for a President to lead a well‑established, growing ready‑mix concrete organization. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the leader will have full accountability for strategy, operations, financial performance, market growth, and organizational development.

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility and enterprise‑level decision‑making.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and drive long‑term growth.
• Oversee all operational areas including production, logistics, safety, and commercial performance.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing senior leadership team.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Current or recent experience as President, General Manager, Vice President, Regional Vice President, Business Unit Leader, or Operations Executive in ready‑mix concrete, aggregates, construction materials, industrial manufacturing, heavy civil construction, or related sectors.
• Proven track record of leading profitable business units with full P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to grow revenue, market share, and profitability.
• Experience managing multi‑site, logistics‑intensive operations.
• Strong capability in building high‑performing teams and developing future leaders.
