Premium Hospitality Coordinator

About the role

The Premium Hospitality Coordinator supports the Premium Hospitality Department by overseeing event operations for private clubs and suites. This hourly role works closely with the Director of Premium Hospitality and provides guidance to the Top Prospect Intern, ensuring smooth execution of events and exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Premium Hospitality and mentor the Top Prospect Intern in clerical and administrative tasks.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and training programs for premium clubs.
• Complete post‑event activities such as follow‑up, filing, sales reporting, maintenance, and payroll submissions.
• Participate in budget preparation, forecasting, and P&L performance monitoring.
• Oversee inventory control, variance reporting, and health & safety compliance.
• Maintain an on‑floor presence during events and drive innovative ideas to enhance guest experience and revenue.
• Lead special projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of food and beverage experience, preferably with fine‑dining exposure.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and detail‑oriented abilities.
• Proactive self‑starter comfortable identifying inefficiencies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong editing skills.
• Ability to work flexible, event‑based hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
