About the role

Mercor is seeking an Artifact Expert – PowerPoint Specialist to transform legacy presentation decks into modern, polished slides. This remote contract role focuses on delivering high‑quality, brand‑consistent PowerPoint presentations for AI research labs.

Key responsibilities

Convert legacy decks into modern, polished PowerPoint presentations.
Faithfully reproduce complex layouts, charts, smart objects, and embedded graphics.
Apply consistent slide masters, themes, and corporate branding.
Annotate and improve slides for clarity, narrative flow, and visual impact.

Required profile

Expert‑level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including animations, transitions, slide masters, themes, and smart objects.
Strong sense of visual design and familiarity with corporate deck conventions.
Excellent attention to detail and written English.
Self‑directed and reliable on a flexible schedule.
