Portfolio Performance Specialist

About the role

Sandvik Mining is looking for a Portfolio Performance Specialist to serve as the analytical and governance backbone of its Parts & Services portfolio and service contract business. The role ensures that contractual commitments are understood, performance is measured, profitability is protected, and data‑driven actions are taken.

Key responsibilities

• Review scopes, pricing, indexation, rates and commercial terms to ensure data integrity and coordinate improvements.
• Initiate and manage change control processes, contract variations and commercial escalations.
• Facilitate award‑to‑delivery handover, ensuring contractual commitments are transferred to execution teams.
• Analyze cost, margin, risk and historical performance to support pricing reviews, contract renewals and portfolio planning.
• Support CRM governance by establishing standards, auditing data quality and providing training.
• Analyze win rates, lost opportunities and project outcomes to recommend continuous improvements.
• Provide performance, profitability and compliance analyses for contract close‑out and renewal decisions.
• Monitor safety compliance and promote a safe work environment.

Required profile
