About the role
Use your critical thinking skills in a fast‑growing company where you can have an impact. The British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI) is seeking a Portfolio Management and Insights Co‑op Student/Intern for the Winter 2027 (January‑April) or Summer 2027 (May‑August) term to support the Infrastructure and Renewable Resources department.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare analyses to support monitoring of the portfolio.
- Prepare presentation materials for I&RR portfolio reviews and client meetings, and deliver presentations in group settings.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of the I&RR portfolio’s performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to execute or lead operational projects and initiatives.
- Support ad‑hoc research and briefing requests.
