About the role
Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Plant Operator to join its North American operations. You will work on a production site, ensuring safe and efficient plant performance while supporting a high‑quality output.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plant equipment to meet production targets.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.
- Adjust controls and processes to achieve quality and output goals.
- Follow all safety procedures, report hazards promptly, and contribute to a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize plant performance.
Required profile
- Ability to safely operate or quickly learn to operate industrial or plant equipment.
