About the role

Quest Community Health Centre is seeking a dedicated Physician to join its interdisciplinary primary‑care team. The position is permanent, full‑time with the possibility of part‑time work, and focuses on delivering holistic, community‑oriented health services across the Niagara Region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive services.
• Address social determinants of health such as housing, food security, and employment in patient care plans.
• Collaborate with nurses, social workers, and other health professionals to integrate services.
• Participate in health promotion and community capacity‑building initiatives.
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Medical degree and valid licensure to practice as a Physician in Ontario.
• Commitment to a holistic, patient‑centred approach.
• Strong interest in addressing social determinants of health.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
