About the role
The Pharmacy Helper supports pharmacists in delivering accurate medication services to clients in a busy pharmacy environment. This full‑time position involves handling prescriptions, maintaining records, and assisting with inventory and billing tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure prescription information is accurate.
- Enter client information into databases.
- Assist pharmacists with medication preparation, labeling, and compounding.
- Maintain inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products.
- Process third‑party insurance claims and billing.
- Perform general clerical duties and manage supplies.
Required profile
- Accurate and detail‑oriented.
- Client‑focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, organized and able to multitask.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Excel.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook).
