About the role

The Pharmacy Helper supports pharmacists in delivering accurate medication services to clients in a busy pharmacy environment. This full‑time position involves handling prescriptions, maintaining records, and assisting with inventory and billing tasks.

Key responsibilities

Ensure prescription information is accurate.
Enter client information into databases.
Assist pharmacists with medication preparation, labeling, and compounding.
Maintain inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products.
Process third‑party insurance claims and billing.
Perform general clerical duties and manage supplies.

Required profile

Accurate and detail‑oriented.
Client‑focused with strong interpersonal skills.
Dependable, organized and able to multitask.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment under pressure.

Required skills

Proficiency with MS Excel.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook).
