Pharmacist (Part‑Time)

About the role

The Brant Community Healthcare System is seeking a part‑time pharmacist to join its multidisciplinary team. Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy Services, you will provide clinical pharmacy coverage across a range of hospital and urgent‑care settings, ensuring safe and effective medication use for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clinical pharmacy services to multiple clinical areas within the hospital network.
• Perform medication dispensing, verification, and counseling in accordance with provincial regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to optimise therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and contribute to quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Current registration as a pharmacist in Ontario.
• Ability to work part‑time hours with a flexible schedule.
• Willingness to provide coverage without overnight or on‑call shifts.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
