About the role

We are seeking a licensed pharmacist to join Brant Community Healthcare System, supporting patient care across our Brantford and Paris sites. The role involves ensuring safe and effective medication use for our diverse community.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
• Provide medication counseling and education to patients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to optimise therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain pharmacy inventory, manage stock levels, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives and medication safety programs.

Required profile

• Current registration with the College of Pharmacists of Ontario.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced hospital environment.
• Commitment to patient‑centred care and continuous learning.
