Pharmacist – Full-Time Position

About the role

Yellowknife Co-op is seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join its pharmacy team in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. This full‑time position reports directly to the Pharmacy Manager and plays a key role in ensuring safe, effective, and high‑quality pharmacy services for the community.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of pharmacy functions, including prescription dispensing, medication counseling, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager and other healthcare professionals to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide accurate drug information and support to patients and staff.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives within the pharmacy.

Required profile

• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Northwest Territories (NWT) pharmacy licensing.
• Strong commitment to patient safety and professional ethics.
