Pharmacist – Community Pharmacy (Whitehorse, YT)

About the role
Join a leading Western Canadian grocery chain as a pharmacist in Whitehorse. You will deliver patient‑centred care, manage pharmacy operations and support community health through clinical services and vaccinations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day pharmacy operations, including dispensing, clinical opportunities, and vaccination administration.
- Maintain pharmacy inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with provincial and federal regulations, policies and procedures.
- Stay current with new medications, clinical trends and industry developments.
- Provide private patient consultations and deliver medication management and health screening services.
- Offer clinical services such as medication reviews and health screenings.
Required profile
- Active Canadian pharmacist licence in good standing with the relevant College of Pharmacists.
- Current injection certification.
- Experience with pharmacy software, preferably Kroll.
- Experience with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) and completion of any mandatory training.
- Ability to assess, plan and apply clinical knowledge as needed.
- Additional training or certifications are considered assets.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Kroll pharmacy software.
